How did it all begin?
What started as a way to keep Li Fong's kids engaged (and smiling) grew into something bigger - a creative adventure through parenting, cultural storytelling and turning everyday emotions into playful moments.

From games like Little Explorers and SingaPlores, to hands-on workshops, community events, and now even AI-assisted game design, the Celebrate Tabletop Game Creations initiative is here to help kids turn their feelings into stories, and their imagination into tabletop magic.

Whether it is through free resources, workshops sessions, or the Celebration Singapore Tabletop Game Show 2025, we are here to make creativity feel like play - because it is.

Singapore Tabletop Game Creations Initiative
Hi, I’m Li Fong — not a professional game designer, but a parent who experienced firsthand how tabletop games became a bridge of joy, learning, and connection for my children, now 18 and 19.

What began on our living room floor has grown into a lifelong passion for empowering myself and others through creativity. With a background in education, storytelling, and community-building, I founded the Singapore Tabletop Game Creations Initiative to provide young creators with a safe and inspiring space to transform their feelings into ideas, and their ideas into games.
​
Our current theme, “Celebrate Singapore”, anchors this journey—honoring our roots while inviting students to imagine forward. It is the first of many creative explorations we envision, carrying this spirit from Singapore to different parts of the world between 2025 and 2026.
I am deeply inspired by the brilliant minds and their passion in the tabletop world, and I simply hope to open a door for others to play, share, and be seen.
