Game Submission Details

Welcome to the Celebrate Singapore Tabletop Game Show 2025!
We invite young creators to submit their original tabletop game creations for this national celebration of imagination, storytelling, and design.

What Types of Games Are Accepted?

We welcome all forms of tabletop games, which are normally played on a table or other flat surface, including but not limited to:

  • Board games

  • Card games

  • Dice games

  • Role-playing games (RPGs)

  • Tile-based games

  • Strategy or party games

3 Types of Submission Accepted

​Completed Game

A fully developed game with rules, components (handmade or digital mock-up), and a playable structure.

​Game-In-Development

A fully developed game with rules, components (handmade or digital mock-up), and a playable structure.

Game Concept Poster

A creative visual presentation, displayed on a single page or tri-fold poster board, that explains game idea, storyline, and how the game would be played.

Who Can Submit?

Students aged 11 – 14

– Submit as an individual or a team (up to 3 members max)
– May submit either a completed game or game-in-development

Students aged 9 – 14

– Submit as an individual only
– For the Game Concept Poster category only

Adult–Child Duo

– Child aged 9–10, co-creating with an adult
– Submit a completed game only

Note: Each person may only submit one entry, whether as an individual or as part of a team.

Judging Criteria

All submissions will undergo a first-round review by an internal panel, using broad, growth-based criteria focused on creative effort, intentionality, and potential — not perfection.
Finalists will present their creations to an esteemed panel of judges at the live event on November 22.

Singapore-Themed Creations Only

To celebrate our local identity, all game submissions must incorporate a Singapore-related theme. 
It can be expressed through the storyline, setting, game mechanics or visual elements.

Unique ideas, imaginative storylines, or creative mechanics

Game Structure & Playability

Clear rules, engaging flow, and potential for replayability

Effort & Intentionality    Thoughtfulness in design, visible effort, and purposeful decisions

Theme Connection & Storytelling

Connection to Singapore themes and storytelling strength

⭐ The Game Submission Form is editable at any point of time before the closing date.

⭐ Submission requirements: Completed submission form, game prototype (photos), description and 2-3 minute video explaining the game. 

⭐ All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.
⭐ Submissions will be recognized with a Gold / Silver / Bronze / Merit level certificate — celebrating progress and self-mastery.

Submission Deadline: November 7, 2025

Finalists Announcement: Shortlisted entries for the final round of the Celebrate Singapore Tabletop Game Show 2025 will be announced by November 15.

Showcase Day: November 22, 2025 — shortlisted entries will be invited to present at the live Game Show

Bonus Invitation: Selected entries may be invited to exhibit at the Asia Board Game Festival (Nov 28–30)
